There’s a wealth of information and opinion available online about egg donation – and many in Ireland and the UK look to Spain and Greece for solutions. Apart from speaking your language Sims IVF in Dublin offers a simpler and different option:
Our success rates speak for themselves. We are the leaders in Reproductive Medicine in Ireland.
We offer one-to-one donation. At Sims you select your donor from our comprehensive online database providing you with comprehensive information including pictures, medical, education and genetic history. In addition, unlike other clinics, we offer one-to-one donation where your donor donates exclusively to you.
We look after you. We aim to look after both after the patient’s physical and emotional needs during treatment. We provide a mind body programme in conjunction with medical care to minimise the stress associated with infertility.
There are no waiting lists. Because of our constant supply of donors you and your partner can join our programme in no time at all.
We’re easy to get to. Our clinic is situated four miles from the centre of Dublin and is easily accessible by road, LUAS, rail or air. We provide free car parking for our patients in a secure enclosed environment. Usually you only need to travel to Ireland two times, minimising travel inconvenience and cost. We can even arrange for procedures such as scans to be carried out at a local Fertility Clinic to you.
The price is all-inclusive. We will quote you a price for the Sims EDE package and that’s it. Other clinics charge extra for treatments that are included in our package.
We have five core principles:
1. A Commitment to Care
“We need someone to listen to our needs, and provide us with insights and advice in a confidential environment.”
Listening to and understanding the nature of an infertility problem is the most important first step at Sims IVF. You are welcomed into a confidential and supportive environment.
Our online resource centre gives our patients step-by-step guidance, information and even video instructions for medication. We also provide a mind / body programme in conjunction with our medical care which aims to alleviate some of the stress involved with IVF treatment.
We genuinely believe that the support and care that we give to each of our patients, is absolutely critical. Some people succeed in having a baby, and some do not. Our aim is to help you to achieve peace of mind, no matter what the outcome. We help you in every way we can to maintain a positive focus on your relationship, your general health and your emotional well-being.
Sims IVF does not just treat couples; we also treat single women. We value your time, as much as you do and our waiting rooms are as fast and efficient as possible. We have a large car park, internet access and refreshment areas. We continuously seek feedback from patients to help us to improve our service.
2. Advanced Infertility Testing
“Time is not on our side, so we want know that we can go to one clinic that has the capability and expertise to identify the root cause of our infertility problem and act fast.”
At Sims IVF we are at the forefront in providing advanced infertility testing. We have a number of tests that other clinics in Ireland simply do not perform – critical tests that could mean the difference between having a baby or not succeeding.
We provide testing for Female Fertility problems:

We have 3 operating theatres and a 5 bed ultra-sound suite to minimise waiting times. We also provide men’s private treatment facilities and 10 private recovery rooms for women, which are the best in the country. Our staff are warmly encouraging, every step of the way.
